Weigh Station to Kendall Pond Road

Contract 14633B will construct approximately 3.5 miles of both the Northbound and Southbound barrels of I-93, improving the highway to four lanes in each direction from approximately the weigh stations north to Kendall Pond Road. Four bridges, I-93 NB & SB over North Lowell Road and Fordway Extension, will be widened to accommodate this work. This project was awarded to R.S. Audley, Inc. for a bid price of $49.4M on February 10, 2016. The project is expected to be complete in the fall of 2019.
